Well the time has come folks to make some money off those videos that you love to make. YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley announced it yesterday at the World Economic Forum.

“YouTube founder Chad Hurley has confirmed that his team is working on a revenue-sharing mechanism that would “reward creativity”. He said the system would be rolled out in a couple of months and use a mixture of advertisements, including short clips shown ahead of the actual film.”
