Ugly Office

I wrote a few weeks back how awesome the front office is at my job. It looks so awesome, and while I was complimenting (sucking up) my potential boss about how nice it was he told me is was professionally decorated by an interior designer. It’s all Century furniture, and totally gorgeous. Imagine my surprise when I got into my suite and was greeted by an old ugly desk. I was rather disappointed. I was really hoping I would have a fancy office also!

Maybe you could pick up a couple of cool pieces that you like to “spruce” up your office a bit. A cool lamp. A new in-box made from not plastic material. Check out ebay or garage sales… especially garage sales at retirement centers. So many of the older population have to get rid of their cool things when they move into an apartment/retirement living. You might be able to get something you really like.
