Technology has sure changed the way we do business. As it grows and becomes more sophisticated, so does the business world. When we have meetings at work, we use conference calling mostly. It’s still effective, but not as hi-tech as a TANDBERG Experia Telepresence system.

It comes with 50” plasma screens, TANDBERG’s Precision HD cameras and directional CD-quality audio to take your business meetings to a whole new level. Not only can you see each other, but you can also share applications through the system like PC presentations, DVDs, and other business documents.
Pretty fancy stuff here!

It seems like every single day there is a new website design company or hosting company popping up on the internet somewhere. Most of them want to charge you big bucks for poorly designed sites, and it’s hard to just take their word for it, and hand over your hard earned cash. If you know anything about website design at all, you should check out the website templates at eBizWebPages.com.
They are an online website builder software, where you can easily create your own site. They have hundreds of custom designs and professional graphics that you can choose from to use on your site. They also include email addresses, and and search engine submission. They even will host it for you as well. And they provide the best support available anywhere. If there is something you can’t figure out, just ask them for help and they’ll be happy to show you, or in many cases, just do it for you. Now that’s customer support!
They also provide business web hosting and ecommerce web hosting for the web store builder software they offer. This includes a database, shopping cart, PayPal payments, order management, and everything else you would need to sell your products online. You get all the tools you need to design and manage the best website possible without having to know anything about the programming behind it. The website builder is so advanced that it can accept custom HTML, Javascript, Flash animations, and other advanced code and file formats.

Currently at my job, we have been toying around with the idea of automatic dialers. You know the phone calls that you get from a computer that tells you to stay on the line for a very important message type of thing. I’m not completely sold on the idea, because I usually hang up when I get these kind of calls.
Our dialer is targeted towards people who want these types of calls though, so I do think in the end it will be successful. I just wish I would have known about Vontoo before we spent all the money we did on the computer and software. Now this is the way to go. Voice messaging, without all the extra hardware and software that we had to purchase.
Vontoo voice messaging allows businesses to create, send, and track voice messages. It gets your companies message out to the people that want to hear it. The people that it calls are all opt-in clients, and it won’t interfere with the Do Not Call Registry that gets so many companies in trouble. All the people are checked against this list before ever being entered into the Vontoo system.
Here is what one customer had to say about their success with using the Vontoo voice messaging system…
Using the player’s voice was the key. The message boards lit up with fans saying how much they loved getting a phone call.

Yes, that’s right! They used some of the player’s recorded voices to get the fans interested. Isn’t that a wonderful idea? I would love to give this company a try, and I’m going to email my boss this link, just to see if he wants to try something different. We could have saved sooooo much money if I had only found them sooner.

Do any of you watch Amercian Inventor on ABC, Wednesday nights? I love this show, and this year I think the inventions are even better than last year.
My favorite so far is Elaine Cato with her 6-In-1 Convertible Brassiere. That thing is the bomb, and I would totally buy it if it were in stores today.
Elaine Cato, a realtor from Tennessee, describes her 6-In-1 Convertible Brassiere invention as, “A convertible brassiere that accommodates the full wardrobe of small frame women with a “C” cup or above. This is a traditional brassiere that converts into six configurations and affords the full back to be exposed with comfort because there is no mid-section and it can be worn with full wardrobe.”
She’s such a smart geeky girl!
If you watch it, what’s your favorite invention of all the finalist that are left on the show?

Since the people at my company are big on printing out everything they ever see on the internet, it shouldn’t have been too much of a shock when they gave me a new printer before they gave me my new computer. I had to install the drivers to the old computer, and then again when I got the new one.
I’m not so sure how new the printer was, because after I got all the drivers set up, it ran the setup and told me it was out of ink already. I had to add d92 inkjet cartridges to the supply ordering list that hangs on the supply door. I should get it Tuesday, so I hope I don’t need to print anything on Monday.

Either in business or in the home there may come a time when you need projector rentals. In the home you ask? Well, a long time ago I knew this girl that used a Albuquerque projector rental that she had rented, to project Cinderealla characters on her daughter’s bedroom wall. She then traced around the image, and later painted it. I always thought that was the most brilliant idea ever. Her sister that lived in Arizona got a Phoenix projector rental then had to do the same thing. They also have service for Tucson projector rental.
I know she rented hers locally in her town, but you can also rent them online at Projector123.com, that will deliver the projector right to your door. So if your a business professional in need of a projector for an upcoming meeting, or a mom who wants to paint pictures on your kids bedroom wall, you can rent them easily enough. They offer high-quality LCD projectors, with FedEx delivery anywhere in the U.S., so you can rent it today, and have it tomorrow.

Oh I just love all the swag I can pick up at the trade shows. I’ve gotten everything from a back massager, to mouse pads, to ball caps and magnets. Of course they were all printed with the companies name that handed them out. It’s a really good way to market your product, and get people to check out your trade show booth.
Gimmees.com has all kinds of promotional marketing items you could ever want for your companies next big trade show. You can put your company logo on almost anything you can think of including CD pocket holders, and USB hubs. Any item your logo will fit on, they will print it.

No matter what type of business you are in, you are going to need a projector at some point. Either for an internal sales meeting, or a demonstration you need to do for your next training session. Did you know you can also use them in your home? You can find a picture of a cartoon character, or some other image you want, and trace it onto the clear projector paper. Then just project the image on the wall to whatever size you want, trace it with a pencil, then paint it. Viola! You have the entire cast of South Park characters in your living room. HA! Buying a projector can be pricey, especially a high-quality LCD projector. At Projector123.com you can get a projector rentals, and have it shipped straight to your door by Fed Ex. So get to thinking about what you want to paint on your wall, rent a projector, then come back here and tell me about your project.
